The titles kept changing. Eventually I realized I'd been doing the same work all along.
For over 15 years, I have worked across video production, programs, and operations.
The medium kept changing; the core of the work did not: take hold of something complex, stay with it until the structure becomes clear, and carry that clarity into a form other people can use.
This is less a record of what I've done, and more a record of how I make sense of the world.

I start by understanding why systems fail, where context is missing, and what people need in order to judge well. I do not start with solutions.
A neighborhood cafe analysis based on years of observation: physical space, airflow, menu depth, demographic mix, small luxuries, and the quiet mechanics of a local moat.
